THE STUDY OF LEADERSHIP AND CITIZENSHIP IN TERMS OF SOCIO-CULTURAL SECURITY OF THE UNIVERSITY: CONTENT AND ANALYSIS OF RESULTS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article studies the current state of the problem in theory and practice, presents the classification of leadership qualities, describes the content and results of the study of the level of development of leadership qualities of students and their citizenship; analyzes the experience of the Astrakhan state University to create a socio-cultural safe environment of the University. The purpose of the article is to reveal the content and results of the analysis of the study of leadership qualities and citizenship of students in terms of social and cultural security of the University.

Materials and methods. The study used the analysis of philosophical, cultural, psychological and pedagogical scientific sources, systematization, classification, as well as practical methods – the method of "KOS" (Communicative organizational tendencies), the test "Diagnosis of leadership abilities" E. Zharikova, E. Krushelnitsky and the test of purposefulness, generalization of practical experience at the Astrakhan state University, methods of mathematical statistics. The survey was conducted in the online service to create feedback forms, online tests and surveys "Googleformy".

Results. Based on the selected classification leadership qualities were developed and implemented program for diagnosing the level of leadership development and citizenship of students, assessment and analysis of the data; described the experience of Astrakhan state University on the creation of socio-cultural safe environment of the University.

Discussion. It is emphasized that the formed leadership qualities of students and their civic position are the basis for the creation of social and cultural safe environment of the University, as well as allow to improve the efficiency of the process of professional training of future specialists.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the formation of leadership qualities of students and their citizenship will contribute to the formation and development of a competitive personality of the future specialist, oriented in the conditions of formation of modern socio-cultural safe environment at the national and world level.
